چکیده | ||
گونههای جنس Trichogramma و گونه Venturia canescens از جمله پارازیتوییدهای رایج و از دشمنان طبیعی هستند که در انسکتاریومها اغلب روی تخم بید آرد Ephestia kuehniella پرورش داده شده و برای کنترل بیولوژیک اشباعی در سراسر جهان مورد استفاده قرار میگیرند. کیفیت دشمن طبیعی تولید شده ارتباط مستقیمی با کیفیت میزبان واسط مورد استفاده در پرورش آن دارد. بنابراین، هدف اصلی این پژوهش مقایسه کیفیت دشمن طبیعی پرورش یافته روی جمعیت های مختلف پروانه بید آرد از نگاه تولید انبوه برای استفاده در برنامههای کنترل بیولوژیک میباشد. بدین منظور اثر پنج جمعیت مختلف بید آرد (گرگان، همدان، خوزستان، آزمایشگاهی) و یک جمعیت خارجی از ایالات متحده آمریکا بر کیفیت زنبور T. brassicae و V.canescens بررسی گردید. مقایسه نتایج میزان پارازیتیسم در هر دو پارازیتویید تخم و لارو حاکی از آن بود که زنبورهای پرورش یافته بر روی جمعیت گرگان و جمعیت آزمایشگاهی به ترتیب دارای بیشترین و کمترین کیفیت میباشند. از آنجا که کیفیت میزبان واسط آزمایشگاهی مستقیما در کیفیت عامل بیولوژیک پرورشی نقش داشته و در فرایند کنترل بیولوژیک اثر مستقیم دارد، بررسی جمعیتهای مختلف میزبان آزمایشگاهی از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. | ||
