بهمنظور بررسی اثر محلولپاشی اسیدهای آمینه و کاربرد قارچ مایکوریزا بر ویژگیهای کمی و کیفی گیاه دارویی همیشهبهار (Calendula officinalis L.) آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح پایه بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار، طی سالهای زراعی 99-1398 و 98-1397 در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد تاکستان اجرا شد. عوامل آزمایشی شامل سه گونه قارچ مایکوریزا (شاهد، Glomus mosseae، G.etunicatum و G. intraradices) و سطوح کود اسیدآمینه سورن (این ترکیب تجاری حاوی انواع اسیدهای آمینه ضروری برای گیاه است) شامل بدون محلولپاشی و محلولپاشی در دو مرحله ساقهدهی و گلدهی بود. نتایج نشان داد تلقیح با مایکوریزا بر همه صفات موردبررسی معنیدار بود. همچنین اثر کود اسیدآمینه بر همه صفات بهجز درصد اسانس و عملکرد عصاره اثر معنیداری داشت. در بین مایکوریزاهای مورداستفاده، Glomus mosseae توانست در بیشتر صفات نسبت بقیه قارچها برتری داشته باشد. بیشترین عملکرد بذر از تیمار کود اسیدآمینه و Glomus mosseae با مقدار 2343 کیلوگرم در هکتار و بیشترین عملکرد اسانس نیز از تیمار Glomus mosseae با مقدار 74/7 کیلوگرم در هکتار بهدست آمد. با نتایج بهدستآمده میتوان گفت استفاده از کودهای دارای اسیدآمینه بههمراه تلقیح با مایکوریزا اثر مثبتی بر صفات گیاه دارویی همیشهبهار دارد. | ||
