چکیده | ||
هدف: پژوهشها نشان دادهاند که تأثیر بینزاکتی خانوادگی با پیامدهای منفی متعدد کاری و غیرکاری مرتبط است. سازوکارهای زیربنایی توضیح میدهد که چرا تأثیر بینزاکتی خانوادگی با این نتایج مرتبط است؛ با توجه به این مقدمه، هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر بینزاکتی خانوادگی، بر قلدری در محیط کار با نقش میانجی امنیت روانی است. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر نحوه گردآوری اطلاعات توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، کلیه شاغلان حوزه مطبوعات شهر اصفهان به تعداد ۳۵۰ نفر بود که حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران ۲۷۰ نفر محاسبه شد و افراد نمونه با استفاده از روش هدفمند مبتنی بر معیار انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه استاندارد بینزاکتی خانوادگی لیم و تای (۲۰۱۴)، پرسشنامه استاندارد قلدری در محیط نوتلرز و همکاران (2019) و پرسشنامه استاندارد امنیت روانی میو همکاران (۲۰۰۴) بود که روایی پرسشنامهها بر اساس روایی محتوایی، صوری و سازه بررسی شد و پس از اصطلاحات لازم، روایی آن به تأیید رسید. از سوی دیگر، پایایی پرسشنامهها با روش آلفای کرونباخ بهترتیب 80/0 ، 90/0 و 80/0 برآورد شد. تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها در سطح استنباطی بر اساس مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری انجام گرفت. یافتهها: یافتهها نشان داد که بینزاکتی خانوادگی، بر قلدری در محیط کار تأثیر مثبت میگذارد و ضریب تأثیر آن 55/0 بهدست آمد. همچنین، امنیت روانی در بین رابطه بین بینزاکتی خانوادگی با قلدری در محیط کار، بهعنوان متغیر میانجی با ضریب 45/0 نقش ایفا کرد. نتیجهگیری: یافتههای پژوهش درک این موضوع را گسترش میدهد که چگونه یک عامل استرسزای غیرکاری میتواند بر قلدری در محیط کار در سازمانهای رسانهای تأثیر بگذارد. یافتههای مطالعه برای کاهش اثرهای نامطلوب بینزاکتی خانوادگی و گسترش مجموعه دانش موجود، جهتگیریهای ارزشمندی را ارائه میدهد. | ||
