چکیده | ||
این پژوهش با هدف کلی طراحی الگوی بهینه ترویج و توسعه استاندارد GAP در مزارع برنج استان مازندران انجام شد. پژوهش به صورت کیفی صورت گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی از مصاحبههای عمیق و نیمهساختارمند با استخراج کدها، مفاهیم و طبقهبندی مقولهها، طی فرایندی سه مرحلهای کدگذاری باز، کدگذاری محوری وکدگذاری انتخابی از طریق نرم افزار مکسکیودا انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش 18 نفر از کارشناسان و متخصصان سازمان جهاد کشاورزی و تعاونیهای شالیکاران استان مازندران و هیات علمی دانشگاه علوم کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی ساری بودند که با روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. تجزیه و تحلیل مصاحبههای نیمه ساختارمند از طریق فن تحلیل محتوای کیفی با رویکرد استقرایی انجام شد. مصاحبهها خط به خط مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. تحلیل محتوای روند مفهومسازی برای تبیین مدل صورت گرفت. در مرحله نخست کُدگذاری، 56کُد مفهومی از میان 250 کد اولیه شناسایی شد که پس از پالایش و ادغام، کُدها در 19 مقوله فرعی طبقهبندی شدند و به مدل پارادایمی تببین الگوی ترویج و توسعه استاندارد GAP در مزارع برنج استان مازندران منتهی شد. الگوی بدست آمده شرایط علی (سیستم بهرهبرداری و روانشناختی رفتار و پیشرانهای موثر)، راهبردها (سیستم گواهیهای گروهی، توسعه برنامههای GAP دولتی و توسعه استاندارد GAP خصوصی)، شرایط مداخلهگر (گزیدارهای پشتیبان و تسهیلکننده، گزیدارهای انگیزاننده و محرک، گزیدارهای محدودکننده و بازدارنده)، شرایط زمینهای (الزامات قانونی و نهادی و سیاسی و قابلیتهای فناورانه و نوآورانه ) و پیامدها (توسعه پایدار زیستمحیطی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی) را برای ترویج و توسعه استاندارد GAP در استان مازندران نشان میدهد. | ||
