مقدمه: هدف از این تحقیق، بررسی تأثیر زمان مصرف مکمل اسید آمینۀ شاخهدار بر تغییر غلظت هورمونهای آنابولیک-کاتابولیک و آسیب عضلانی در افراد تمرینکرده بهدنبال تمرین مقاومتی حاد بود. روش پژوهش: در این پژوهش نیمهتجربی با طرح متقاطع، 11 ورزشکار فعال مرد از باشگاههای ورزشی سنندج با میانگین سنی 9/6±32 سال، قد 7/22±7/179 سانتیمتر، وزن 11/1 ± 4/79 کیلوگرم و شاخص تودۀ بدنی 8/3±3/25 کیلوگرم بر مترمربع که حداقل سه جلسه تمرین منظم در طول هفته داشتند و هیچ سابقۀ مصرف مکملی نداشتند، بهطور هدفمند انتخاب شدند و سپس بهصورت تصادفی تحت چهار شرایط (دریافت مکمل/ دارونما 20 دقیقه قبل از تمرین و بلافاصله بعد از تمرین) قرار گرفتند. در اولین جلسه نیمی از افراد 3 گرم مکمل اسیدهای آمینه شاخهدار و نصف دیگر 20 دقیقه قبل از انجام تمرینات مقاومتی دارونما دریافت کردند. در جلسۀ دوم، جای آزمودنیها تغییر کرد و جلسات سوم و چهارم با این تفاوت که زمان مصرف مکمل بلافاصله پس از اتمام تمرینات مقاومتی بود، برگزار شد. هر جلسه دو نمونه خون، پیش از شروع برنامۀ مقاومتی و دوباره نیمساعت بعد از اتمام برنامه تمرینی برای اندازهگیری متغیرهای مورد بررسی گرفته شد. یافتهها: آنالیز واریانس با اندازهگیریهای مکرر نشان داد که مکمل اسید آمینۀ شاخهدار بر شاخصهای آسیب عضلانی (کراتین کیناز و لاکتات دهیدروژناز) اثر معنادار ندارد و غلظت سرمی هورمونهای تستوسترون، کورتیزول و رشد را تغییر نمیدهد. نتیجهگیری: بهطور کلی، یافتههای حاضر نشان میدهد که استفاده از یک دوز اسید آمینۀ شاخهدار پیش و پس از پایان پروتکل تمرین مقاومتی، بر تغییرات غلظت هورمونهای آنابولیک - کاتابولیک و آسیب عضلانی تأثیر نمیگذارد. | ||
