چکیده | ||
ترویج علوفههای کمآبر از جمله سورگوم یکی از اولویتهای وزرات جهاد کشاورزی است. با توجه به پذیرش محدود سورگوم علوفهای در کشور، این پژوهش با هدف تدوین راهبردهای توسعه مصرف سورگوم علوفهای در استان تهران اجرا شد. جامعه آماری بخش کیفی مطلعین کلیدی در مورد سورگوم بودند که 18 نفر از آنان با روش نمونهگیری هدفمند از نوع گلوله برفی برای مصاحبه عمیق انتخاب شدند. برای استخراج نقاط قوت، ضعف، فرصت و تهدید از نظریه دادهبنیان استفاده شد. پس از آن دو پرسشنامه یکی برای تعیین میزان اهمیت و دیگری شدّت عوامل بیرونی و درونی تهیه و در دو مرحله به ترتیب در اختیار 10 و 6 نفر از متخصصان قرار گرفت. پس از تحلیل محیط بیرونی و درونی، 21 راهبرد شامل هشت راهبرد رقابتی (SO)، چهار راهبرد بازنگری (WO)، شش راهبرد رقابتی (ST) و سه راهبرد تدافعی (WT) استخراج شد. تحلیل فضای راهبردی نشان داد راهبردهای رقابتی برای پذیرش سورگوم در میان دامداران استان تهران شامل: «افزایش اطلاعات کارشناسان و دامداران درباره امکان استفاده از سورگوم رقم اسپیدفید در دامهای خاص و یا درصدی از جیره در گاوداریهای صنعتی»، «افزایش اطلاعات کارشناسان و کشاورزان درباره نقاط قوت زراعی سورگوم»، «استفاده از سورگوم در جیره نژادهای گاو دارای شیر کمتر اما با کیفیت خاص مانند جرسی یا سیمنتال یا دامهای بومی»، «ترویج نقاط قوت زراعی سورگوم بهویژه در بین دامداران دارای زمین زراعی»، «ترویج نقاط قوت زراعی سورگوم با ایجاد سایت الگویی در دامپرویهای دارای زمین زراعی» و «تشریح اهمیت و نقاط قوت سورگوم برای مسئولان و تصمیمگیران» دارای اولویت بیشتری است. | ||
