تاثیر کودهای آلی و شیمیایی و محلولپاشی اسید آمینه بر شاخصهای رشدی و عملکردی پسته رقم 'اکبری' (Pistacia vera L. 'Akbari') | ||

چکیده | ||
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر اصلاحکنندههای آلی، اشکال مختلف فسفر و محلولپاشی اسیدآمینه به صورت آزمایش فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار بر شاخصهای رشدی و عملکردی پسته رقم اکبری انجام شد. تیمارها شش سطح از کودهای آلی و شیمیایی شامل: عدم کاربرد کود (F1)، 20 تن در هکتار کود گاوی (F2)، 15 تن در هکتار کود گاوی + 5 تن در هکتار کود مرغی (F3)، 10 تن در هکتار کود گاوی + 4 تن در هکتار کود مرغی + 6 تن در هکتار بیوچار ضایعات پسته (F4)، 20 تن در هکتار کود گاوی و 300 کیلوگرم در هکتار دیآمونیومفسفات (F5) و 20 تن در هکتار کود گاوی و 300 کیلوگرم در هکتار سوپرفسفاتتریپل (F6) و سه سطح محلولپاشی اسید آمینه شامل: صفر (AA0)، 60 (AA60) و 120پیپیام (AA120) بود. نتایج نشان داد که تیمار کاربرد همزمان F6 و AA120 منجر به افزایش معنیدار کلروفیل، تعداد خوشه، وزن تر و خشک پسته، تعداد دانه در خوشه، غلظت فسفر و پتاسیم برگ و نیز کاهش معنیدار Na/K نسبت به تیمار شاهد و کاربرد مجزای آنها شد. تیمار F6 منجربه افزایش معنیدار طول و قطر شاخه، سطح برگ، وزن صد دانه، درصد خندانی و محتواینسبیآب (به ترتیب 6/17، 9/41، 8/52، 7/21، 1/38 و 9/51 درصد) و کاهش معنیدار تعداد پسته در یک اونس و درصد پوکی نسبت به شاهد (به ترتیب 9/10 و 8/42 درصد) شد. کاربرد AA120 سطح برگ را به طور معنیداری نسبت به شاهد افزایش داد. اختلاط کود گاوی، مرغی و بیوچار ضایعات پسته (F4) به همراه AA60 و AA120، تاثیر مثبتی بر شاخصهای تعداد خوشه، وزن تر و خشک پسته داشت. بهنظر میرسد کاربرد همزمان کود گاوی، سوپرفسفاتتریپل و محلولپاشی 120 پیپیام اسید آمینه اثر مثبتی بر عملکرد پسته داشته باشد. | ||
