چکیده
واقعیت‌های جدید، پیچیدگی و شبکه‌ای شدن نظم بین‌‌الملل و منطقه‌ای به تغییر واپایش نظم در شبکه‌ منطقه‌ای جمهوری اسلامی ‌ایران در غرب آسیا منجر شده است. یافتن پاسخ‌های سه پرسش  زیر از اهداف بنیادین پژوهش است: 1. با توجه به پیچیدگی نظم در شبکه‌های منطقه‌ای، واپایش آن پیرو چه قواعدی است؟           2. کنشگران برجسته منطقه‌ای برای چنین واپایشی از چه گونه سیستم‌هایی بهره می‌برند؟ 3. چگونگی تأثیر این واپایش بر ایران چیست؟ در فرضیه پژوهشی استدلال می‌شود که شبکه‌ای شدن واپایش نظم در وضعیت پیچیدگی پساجنگ سرد، الگوی واپایش در غرب آسیا را به‌ الگوی شبکه‌ای تغییر داده، به‌گونه‌ای که اصول شبکه‌ای (دربرگیرنده قدرت در قالب ارتباطات، غیرخطی شدن، نبود‌ تقارن وسازواری) بر آن چیره شده است. با تأکید بر مفهوم نوپدیدگی و بهره‌گیری از نظریه‌ پیچیدگی-آشوب، چارچوب نظری الگوی واپایش نظم در شبکه غرب آسیا ارائه می‌شود. همچنین با رویکردی تبیینی و با بررسی نظام‌مند و ارزیابی استدلال‌ها و یافته‌های پژوهش‌های علمی پیشین در این زمینه، داده‌های کیفی مربوط به الگوهای واپایش در این منطقه تحلیل می‌شود. دستاوردهای پژوهش عبارت‌اند از: الف) تحولات نوپدید نظم در سطوح بین‌المللی و منطقه‌ای به تحول در الگوی واپایش نظم، اصول واپایش، اهداف واپایش، کنش‌ها و وضعیت‌ها‌ی محیطی واپایش انجامیده است؛    ب) الگوی واپایش شبکه‌ای نامتمرکز با شرایط کنونی در غرب آسیا تناسب دارد و این الگو، نبود تمرکز را به‌عنوان بن‌مایه الگوی واپایش نظم نوین در غرب آسیا مطرح می‌کند؛ ج) قواعد الگوی واپایش شبکه‌ای نامتمرکز دربرگیرنده تمرکززدایی در سیستم از راه گوناگونی در قوانین، دسترسی نداشتن کامل به اطلاعات، راه‌حل‌های گوناگون، افزایش انعطاف‌پذیری و نوآوری است؛ د) این امر به شکل‌گیری کنش‌های مستقل‌تر و ایجاد واپایش‌کننده‌های بومی منجر می‌شود که به شکل خودسامان سیستم را اداره می‌کنند؛ ه) واپایش نظم در شبکه بر ایران تأثیر داشته است.
