چکیده | ||
در محیط کاری پیچیده و مبهم امروزی، مدیران کسب و کارها علاوه بر تلاش برای بقا سازمان، باید بتوانند زمینه رشد و بالندگی را فراهم آورند. مربیگری ظرفیت رشد را در سازمان تسهیل میکند. از همین منظر، هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی چارچوب انتخاب سبک مربیگری مدیران کسب و کارهای با رشد بالا است. این پژوهش از منظر هدف کاربردی بوده و با توجه به ماهیت اکتشافی تحقیق، از روش مطالعه موردی چندگانه استفاده شده است. به منظور ارائه یک چارچوب مفهومی با 19 مدیر، مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته صورت گرفت. برای تحلیل یافتههای مصاحبه کدگذاری سه مرحلهای انجام شده است. یافتههای این تحقیق نشان میدهد که رویکرد مدیران در انتخاب سبک مربیگری، رویکردی اقتضایی است. چارچوب مفهومی ارائه شده در این پژوهش بر اساس هدف-شیوه -مولفههای موقعیتی طراحی شده است. هدف از انتخاب سبک مربیگری تغییر در یادگیرنده در سه سطح دانش، نگرش و رفتار است. به منظور ایجاد این نوع تغییرات مدیران از سبکهای چالشی، اکتشافی، توانمندسازانه و آگاهیبخشی استفاده می کنند. مولفههایی که در انتخاب سبک مربیگری نقش دارند را میتوان در 4 بعد، مربی، یادگیرنده، رابطه مربی – یادگیرنده و سازمان دستهبندی نمود. مدیران سبک مربیگری خود را براساس برخی مولفهها از جمله: یادگیری چابکانه یادگیرنده، میزان سطح اعتماد بین مربی – یادگیرنده، ویژگیهای سازمان و پویایی مدیر، انتخاب میکنند. | ||
