چکیده | ||
در تحقیق حاضر اثرات افزودن ویتامین C، آستازانتین و لسیتین سویا در جیره غذایی بر برخی فراسنجههای بیوشیمیایی مایع تخمدانی (پروتئین کل، آنزیمهای ACP، ALP، LDH و AST) و کارایی تولیدمثلی (هماوری نسبی و درصد لقاح) در ماهی آزاد دریای خزر (Salmo trutta caspius) بررسی شد. بدین منظور 9 جیره آزمایشی مختلف ترکیبی از سطوح 0، 300 و 700 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم ویتامین C، 0، 50 و 100 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم آستازانتین و 0، 6 و 9 درصد لسیتین سویا (C0A0L0، C300A50L0، C700A100L0، C0A50L6، C300A100L6، C700A0L6، C0A100L9، C300A0L9، C700A50L9) ساخته شد و مولدین (05/0±51/2 کیلوگرم) بهمدت چهار ماه تغذیه شدند. پس از حصول رسیدگی جنسی و تخمکشی، مایع تخمدانی برای سنجش فراسنجههای بیوشیمیایی جدا و تخمک برای بررسی کارایی تولیدمثلی استفاده شد. بررسی نتایج نشان داد که میزان پروتئین کل مایع تخمدانی در تیمارهای C300A100L6، C700A50L9، C700A0L6، C0A100L9 و C300A0L9 افزایش معنیداری نسبت به تیمار شاهد داشت (05/0>p). همچنین کمترین مقادیر LDH در تیمارهای C300A100L6، C0A100L9 و C0A50L6 بدست آمد که با تیمار شاهد اختلاف معنیداری داشتند (05/0>p). تیمارهای C700A0L6 و C0A100L9 دارای کمترین مقادیر AST و بیشترین مقادیر ALP بودند که با تیمار شاهد اختلاف معنیداری داشتند (05/0>p). بالاترین هماوری نسبی و درصد لقاح در تیمارهای C0A100L9 و C300A100L6 مشاهده شد که اختلاف معنی داری با تیمار شاهد داشت (05/0>p). به طور کلی میتوان بیان کرد افزودن همزمان سطح 300 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم ویتامین C با مقادیر 100 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم استازانتین و 6 درصد لسیتین منجر به کاهش آنزیمهای AST و LDH در مایع تخمدانی و بهبود هماوری نسبی و درصد لقاح شد. | ||
