چکیده | ||
ساختاربخشی به عواطف و احساسات کارکنان در محیط کار موجب خواهد شد تا ظرفیتهای ضمنی ذهن از رویکرد رؤیای آزاد نوروبیولوژیکی به رؤیای کارآمد و ایدهپردازی سازمانی هدایت پیدا کند. به همین منظور هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی و اجرای رؤیاپردازی کارکنان در سازمانها بوده است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف بنیادی و کاربردی، با رویکرد آمیخته (کیفیـ کمّی)، است و با استفاده از تکنیک دادهبنیاد و معادلات ساختاری انجام شده است. ابزار مورد استفاده نیز در فاز اول مصاحبة نیمهساختاریافته با خبرگان این حوزه بوده است که همگی آنان عضو هیئت علمی دانشگاه بودند و حداقل پانزده سال در دانشگاه در درس رفتار سازمانی تدریس داشتند که تعداد آنها با استفاده از نمونهگیری گلولهبرفی بر اساس اصل اشباع 15 نفر بود. در بخش دوم نیز مدل بهدستآمده تحت عنوان پرسشنامه در اختیار کارکنان شرکتهای دانشبنیان شهر همدان قرار گرفت که نمونة آنها بر حس فرمول کوکران 95 نفر بود و به شیوة دردسترس انتخاب شدند. در مجموع تعداد 40 مقوله و 364 کد احصا و در قالب پنج مقولة علّی، زمینهای، مداخلهای، راهبردها، و پیامدها تنظیم شد. در بخش کمّی نیز مشخص شد کلیة عوامل بهدستآمده بر یکدیگر تأثیر معنادار دارند. در نهایت، نتایج مبین این است که رؤیاپردازی کارکنان متشکل از طراحی اتاق فکر، بازیپردازی ذهن، توسعة ظرفیتها، توانمندسازی ذهن، تبدیل رؤیا به هدف، و کار عمیق است. | ||
