چکیده | ||
این پژوهش بدنبال تبیین جایگاه «نوآوری فرآیندی باز» در ادبیات کنونی نوآوری، نوآوری فرآیند و نوآوری باز بوده و مفهومپردازی اجزا و ابعاد آن برای انجام پژوهشهای آتی در این زمینه را دنبال کرده است. روش پژوهش مورد استفاده مرور سیستماتیک است که از منظر هدف بنیادی و بر حسب روش گردآوری داده، مطالعه اسناد است که با تکیه بر این روش، امکان بررسی جامع و استاندارد پژوهشهای هدف فرآهم می شود. در همین راستا 68 مقاله از سالهای 2001 تا 2020 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. درنهایت یافته های پژوهش در دو دسته »ارکان« و »ویژگیهای « نوآوری فرآیندی باز طبقه بندی شده اند.. ارکان نوآوری فرآیندی باز شامل «مکانیزمها، شرکا، دستاوردها و عناصر پیشبین» و ویژگیهای نوآوری فرآیندی باز در برگیرنده «میزان فناوریمحور بودن، درجه اهمیت فرآیندی، سطح تغییرات و کانون بهرهبرداری» میباشد. همچنین براساس یافته ها، سه زمینه کلی برای مطالعات آتی نیز پیشنهاد گردید: اول؛ « استفاده از روشهای متنوعتر (تغییر تسلط حاکمیت رویکردهای کمی به رویکردهای کیفی و آمیخته)؛ »، دوم؛ « تاکید بر توسعه و آزمون نظری» بواسطه ضعف نظری مطالعات موجود و سوم؛ « انجام مطالعات بیشتر در زمینههای بینبخشی (بین چند صنعت یا حوزه کسب وکار) و فراملی (بینالمللی)». | ||
