چکیده | ||
پدیدۀ تغییر اقلیم یکی از چالشهای مهم زیستمحیطی قرن بیستویکم به شمار میرود. بیشترین تأثیرات این پدیده شامل حال صنایع و بنگاههایی مانند کشاورزی و شیلات میگردد که به منابع طبیعی وابسته میباشند. تابآوری رویکردی کاربردی در جهت ایجاد سازگاری با این پدیده و ایجاد توسعۀ پایدار به شمار میآید. از آنجایی که شبکهها و به ویژه شبکههای رسمی مانند شبکۀ نهادی، میتواند نقش اساسی در ایجاد و ارتقاء تابآوری در برابر تغییر اقلیم ایفا کند، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل شبکۀ دستاندرکاران سازمانی در راستای ارتقاء تابآوری در مواجهه با تغییر اقلیم انجام گرفته است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش حاضر را کشاورزان خرده مالک شهرستان طارم استان زنجان تشکیل میدهند که به روش نمونه گیری شبکۀ خودمحور اعضای شبکۀ مورد بررسی انتخاب شدند. روش آماری غالب در این پژوهش، تحلیل شبکه و استخراج شاخصهای شبکه در سطح کلان، میانی و خرد میباشد. براساس نتایج بهدست آمده به ترتیب سازمان جهاد کشاورزی و بانکها و مؤسسات اعتباری بیشترین نقش و مرکزیت درجه را در شبکۀ اطلاعات آموزشی و خدمات فنی ایفا میکنند. در شبکۀ تسهیلات مالی نیز به ترتیب بانکها و مؤسسات اعتباری و سازمان جهاد کشاورزی رتبههای اول و دوم را در ارائۀ خدمات و مشاورههای مالی ایفا میکنند. نتایج نشان داد بسیاری از مؤسساتی که میتوانند در زمینۀ تاب-آوری در برابر تغییر اقلیم نقش سازندهای داشته باشند، از جمله صندوق بیمۀ محصولات کشاورزی در انزوا قرار دارند و به حاشیه رانده شدهاند. از اینرو پیشنهاد میگردد در پژوهشهای آینده علل این امر مورد واکاری قرار گیرد و راهکارهای عملیاتی در جهت خارج شدن این مؤسسات از انزوا و ایفای نقششان ارائه گردد. | ||
