چکیده | ||
دوسوتوانی سازمانی مفهومی جدید در مدیریت است، به معنای توجه به دو هدف ناسازگار سازمانی بهطور برابر، که به عملکرد بالا در محیط کسبوکار منجر میشود. همچنین، وجود ظرفیت جذب دانش، که به معنای توانایی کشف دانش جدید است، در بهبود دوسوتوانی سازمانی و عملکرد شرکت مؤثر است. فرهنگسازمانی دوسوتوان میتواند بر رابطة میان ظرفیت جذب دانش و دوسوتوانی سازمانی تأثیر بگذارد. با توجه به اهمیت این موضوع در شرکتهای تولیدی، هدف از نگارش این مقاله بررسی تأثیر ظرفیت جذب دانش بر دوسوتوانی سازمانی و تبیین نقش میانجی فرهنگسازمانی دوسوتوان در این زمینه بود. جامعة آماری تحقیق شرکتهای تولیدی استان قم بود. نود و سه شرکت در این پیمایش شرکت کردند. برای جمعآوری دادهها، از سه پرسشنامه (ظرفیت جذب دانش، دوسوتوانی سازمانی، فرهنگسازمانی دوسوتوان) استفاده شد. روایی پرسشنامه از طریق صوری و محتوایی و پایایی، با محاسبة مقدار کرونباخ 81/0، تأیید شد. تحلیلها با استفاده از نرمافزار لیزرل، بهمنظور ارزیابی مدل معادلات ساختاری، صورت گرفت. یافتههای بهدستآمده حاکی از آن است که رابطهای مثبت و معنادار بین متغیرهای تحقیق وجود دارد و فرهنگسازمانی دوسوتوان در رابطة بین ظرفیت جذب دانش و دوسوتوانی سازمانی نقش میانجی دارد. | ||
