چکیده | ||
هدف پژوهش حاضر ترسیم مدل ساختاری برای تبیین تأثیر سرمایة اجتماعی بر خلاقیت کارکنان با توجه به نقش میانجی مدیریت دانش بود. پژوهش بر مبنای هدف از نوع کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی- همبستگی است. جامعة آماری پژوهش شامل 233 نفر از کارکنان دانشگاه الزهرا بود که 146 نفر بهعنوان نمونه در نظر گرفته شد. برای گردآوری دادهها سه پرسشنامة استاندارد سرمایة اجتماعی چنگ و چانگ (2011)، مدیریت دانش داروچ (2003) و خلاقیت تورنس (1959) بهکار گرفته شد. تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها با نرمافزار Amos20 انجام گرفت. یافتهها نشان داد سرمایة اجتماعی بر خلاقیت و مدیریت دانش کارکنان دانشگاه الزهرا تأثیر مثبت میگذارد، و مدیریت دانش نیز بر خلاقیت تأثیر مثبت میگذارد؛ همچنین، در تأثیر سرمایة اجتماعی بر خلاقیت کارکنان دانشگاه الزهرا مدیریت دانش نقش میانجی دارد. با توجه به یافتههای پژوهش، میتوان گفت با افزایش اعتماد و روابط بینفردی، همچنین، تسهیم دانش در دانشگاه الزهرا میتوان بر خلاقیت کارکنان افزود. در پایان، مدل ساختاری تأثیر سرمایة اجتماعی بر خلاقیت کارکنان با نقش میانجی مدیریت دانش ارائه شده است. | ||

The purpose of this study was to drawing structural model for explaining the impact of social capital on employee creativity in terms of the role of mediator of knowledge management. The method was applied for the purpose of the research and the method of data collection was descriptive-survey. The statistical population of the study consisted of 233 employees of Alzahra University, which was considered as the sample size of 146 people. The data were collected from three standard questionnaire social capital of Cheng and Chang (2011), Darche Knowledge Management (2003) and Torrance Creativity (1959). Data analysis was performed using AMOS20 software. The findings show that social capital has a positive impact on the creativity and knowledge management, and knowledge management has a positive impact on creativity. Also, in the impact of social capital on the creativity, knowledge management has a mediator role. According to the findings of the research, said that by increasing the trust and interpersonal relations as well as knowledge sharing, we can add to the creativity of the staff. Finally, a structural model derived from the relationship between social capital and creativity of employees with the role of mediator of knowledge management has been presented. | ||
