چکیده | ||
هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه منابع قدرت مدیران با ویژگیهای شخصیتی کارآفرینی کارکنان در ادارات دولتی استان آذربایجان غربی بوده است. نمونه آماری ابتدا بهصورت خوشهای، و سپس در داخل خوشهها بهصورت طبقهای نسبتی از جامعه آماری انتخاب شد. به منظور گردآوری دادهها از دو پرسشنامه سنجش منابع قدرت هینکین و شرایخیم (1989) و پرسشنامه سنجش ویژگیهای شخصیتی کارآفرینی استفاده شده است. روایی و پایایی پرسشنامهها با استفاده از آزمونهای مربوط تأیید گردید. با توجه به نرمال بودن دادهها، تحلیلها با استفاده از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه همزمان صورت گرفته است. نتایج نشان داد بین منبع قدرت قانونی و ویژگیهای شخصیتی کارآفرینی کارکنان (بهجز اعتماد به نفس و مخاطرهپذیری)، و بین منابع قدرت پاداش، مرجعیت و تخصص مدیران با ویژگیهای شخصیتی کارآفرینی کارکنان (بهجز اعتماد به نفس) رابطه مثبت و معنیدار وجود دارد، ولی بین قدرت اجبار و ویژگیهای شخصیتی کارآفرینی کارکنان رابطه وجود ندارد. همچنین یافتهها نشان داد که قدرت مرجعیت و تخصص اثر مثبت و معنیدار در پیشبینی ویژگیهای شخصیتی کارآفرینانه کارکنان ادارات دولتی دارند. | ||
