تحلیل تلئولوژیک مهارت‌های اجتماعی در سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش

چکیده
کودکان و نوجوانان‏ از طریق کسبِ مهارت‏های اجتماعی‏ـ هنجارها، انگیزه‏ها، نگرش‏ها، و رفتارهای لازم برای تطبیق با نیازهای اجتماعی و نیز حفظ روابط بینِ‏فردی را فرامی‏گیرند. مدارس، به‏منزلة مهم‏ترین پایگاه آموزشی، نقش بسزایی در پرورش این مهارت‏ها در دانش‏آموزان دارند. با توجه به اهمیت موضوع و نقش سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش در سیاست‏های این نهاد، در تحقیق حاضر، محتوای سند تحول از نظر میزان توجه به مقوله‏های مهارت‏های اجتماعی از دیدگاه هدف‏گزینی تلئولوژیک تحلیل محتوا شد. برای این کار، پس از دسته‏بندی و شمارش گزاره‏های آشکار و پنهان و محاسبة شاخص‏های آمار توصیفی، به منظور برآورد میزان درجة اهمیت شاخص‏ها، از روش آنتروپی شانون استفاده شد. برای محاسبة ضریب قابلیت اعتماد و پایایی پژوهش، پژوهشگران فصل چهارم سند را مجدداً کُدگذاری کردند و ضریب توافق 75/92درصد به‏دست آمد. یافته‏ها نشان داد که بیشترین میزان توجه و اهمیت مربوط به مؤلفة مهارت‏های ارتباطی (41درصد) و پس از آن مسئولیت‏پذیری (27درصد) و مهارت‏های مقابله‏ای (20درصد) است و به مؤلفه‏های همدلی (5/0درصد) و جرئت‏ورزی (68/0درصد) کمترین توجه صورت گرفته است.
