چکیده | ||
در سالهای اخیر، بسیاری از افراد در صنایع مختلف از راهبرد فرانچایزی بهمنظور توسعه و راهاندازی کسبوکار استفاده کردهاند. با توجه به کمبود اتخاذ دیدگاه فرانچایزی و نیز اهمیت قابلیتهای منتسب به آنها در ارائة عملکرد مطلوب، این تحقیق تأثیر قابلیت جذب، سرمایة اجتماعی و نیز قابلیت مدیریتی را بر عملکرد واحدها بررسی کرده است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از منظر روش گردآوری دادهها توصیفی- همبستگی است که دادههای آن بهصورت تصادفی از 122 فرانچایزی فعال در حوزة فستفود در ایران گردآوری شدهاند. دادههای تحقیق با استفاده از مدل معادلات ساختاری و با بهرهگیری از نرمافزار AMOS 22 تجزیه و تحلیل شده است. نتایج نشان میدهد ظرفیت جذب، سرمایة اجتماعی و نیز قابلیتهای مدیریتی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر عملکرد فرانچایزیها داشته است. همچنین، رقابتپذیری محیطی موجب تقویت تأثیر ظرفیت جذب و قابلیتهای مدیریتی بر عملکرد فرانچایزیها میشود. | ||
