چکیده
ساختار فضایی آیین عملکرد فضایی مناطق است؛ به‌طورکلی اجزای سه‌گانة جمعیت، فعالیت و نواحی ساخته‌شده که از سه عامل مرکز شهر، شبکه‌های ارتباطی و زیرمراکز فعالیتی متأثر است، این ساختار را جایی بین تک‌مرکزی تا چندمرکزی قرار می‌دهد؛ از این‌رو، هدف اصلی این پژوهش تحلیل کمی توزیع جمعیت منطقة کلان‌شهری تهران براساس عوامل سه‌گانة فوق برای درک ساختار فضایی و الگوی فضایی حاکم بر آن است. روش تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت ترکیبی از روش‌های کمی و فضایی است که در قالب روش تحلیل رگرسیونی استفاده شده است. داده‌های مورد نیاز این پژوهش نیز شامل جمعیت، اشتغال مراکز و شبکه‌های ارتباطی است که براساس سرشماری سال 1390 به تفکیک شهرها و دهستان‌ها از مرکز آمار ایران دریافت شده است. نتایج مدل تک‌مرکزی نشان می‌دهد که بین توزیع جمعیت و مرکز شهر رابطة بسیار ضعیفی وجود دارد، اما شبکه‌های ارتباطی توضیح‌دهندگی بیشتری ارائه می‌شود. علاوه‌بر این، رابطة توزیع جمعیت با زیرمراکز فعالیتی در منطقة کلان‌شهری تهران، 50 درصد از تغییرات تراکم جمعیت را از طریق این مراکز توضیح می‌دهد. تحلیل یکپارچة مدل نیز نشان می‌دهد از بین عوامل سنجش‌شده، شبکه‌های ارتباطی یکی از اصلی‌ترین عوامل شکل‌دهندة ساختار فضایی در منطقه بوده است و ظهور و اثرگذاری زیرمراکز فعالیتی، شکل‌گیری الگوی فضایی چندمرکزی را در منطقة کلان‌شهری تهران نوید می‌دهد.
