چکیده | ||
گرچه ادبیات بالنسبه قابل توجهی در مورد اینکه مدیریت چیست، چگونه کار می کند و از چه کارکردهایی برخوردار است وجود دارد، اما یافته های پژوهشی در مورد اینکه مدیران اثربخش چه انجام می دهند و واجد چه ویژگی ها و رفتارهایی هستند، محدود است. در این راستا، مقاله حاضر به احصای سازه های شخصی مدیران نسبت به اثربخشی مدیریتی به منظور ارائه منظومهاثربخشی مدیریتی از نگاه مدیران پرداخته است. بدین منظور، 30 تن از مدیران میانی 5 دانشگاه جامع برتر کشور در شهرهای تهران، مشهد و شیراز نمونه مورد مطالعه را تشکیل داد. برای گردآوری داده ها از روش مصاحبه با تکیه بر تکنیک شبکه خزانه و پیمودن گامهای سه گانه آن استفاده شد. در نهایت، خروجی حاصل از مصاحبه ها به ایجاد 30 شبکه خزانه شخصی منفرد و در مجموع 405 سازه شخصی اولیه در خصوص اثربخشی مدیریتی منتج شد. واکاوی و تحلیل محتوای این سازه ها، شبکه ای جمعی مشتمل بر 10 عنصر و 33 سازه ثانویه را بر حسب تعیین اولویت ایجاد کرد و منظومه اثربخشی مدیریتی مدیران مورد مطالعه را به تصویر کشید. | ||
