چکیده
مقدمه: کاهش سطح فعالیت بدنی در بین دانشآموزان مدارس ابتدایی به نگرانی شایان توجهی برای سلامت عمومی تبدیل شده است. مایل روزانه یک مداخلة مبتکرانة فعالیت بدنی است که بهطور مثبت بر نشانگرهای سلامت تأثیر میگذارد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر مداخلة فعالیت بدنی مدرسهمحور مایل روزانه بر سواد بدنی و کیفیت زندگی دانشآموزان پسر دبستانی بود. روش پژوهش: جامعۀ آماری شامل دانشآموزان پسر شهر نورآباد با دامنۀ سنی 8 تا 10 سال بود که 200 نفر (100 نفر گروه تجربی، 100 نفر گروه کنترل) با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری خوشهای و انجام آزمونهای سواد بدنی (CAPL-2) و تکمیل پرسشنامۀ کیفیت زندگی (Peds QL) بهصورت پیشآزمون و پسآزمون در این پژوهش شرکت کردند. گروه تجربی به مدت دو ماه بهصورت سه جلسه در هفته در برنامة مایل روزانه شرکت کردند و گروه کنترل فعالیتهای معمول خود را انجام دادند.یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد مداخلۀ مایل روزانه اثر معناداری بر سواد بدنی، فعالیت بدنی روزانه، شایستگی جسمانی، انگیزش و اعتمادبهنفس، دانش و درک شرکتکنندگان دارد (0/001=P). همچنین اثر مداخلة مایل روزانه بر کیفیت زندگی و مؤلفههای آن شامل عملکرد جسمانی، عملکرد عاطفی، عملکرد اجتماعی و عملکرد تحصیلی معنادار بود (0/001=P).نتیجهگیری: بر اساس یافتهها، مداخلات مدرسهمحور میتواند به توسعة سواد بدنی و کیفیت زندگی دانشآموزان پسر کمک کند. نتایج بهدستآمده از برنامة مداخلهای مایل روزانه حمایت کرد که پیشنهاد میشود از این فعالیتها در کنار برنامههای معمول مدارس استفاده شود. تحقیقات بیشتر برای بررسی اثربخشی این مداخلات در سطح کشور مورد نیاز است.
