چکیده | ||
تأثیر کاربرد خارجی اسید آمینه اورنیتین بر ویژگیهای مورفولوژی، محتوای عناصر معدنی و فعالیت آنتیاکسیدانی درختان پسته رقم احمد آقایی به صورت آزمایش دو ساله مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. محلولپاشی اورنیتین در چهار غلظت (صفر، 5/2، 5 و 5/7 میلیمولار) در چهار زمان تورم جوانهها، رسیدن سطح برگها به 5 درصد اندازه نهایی، رسیدن سطح برگها به 75 درصد اندازه نهایی و همزمان با شروع اولیه پر شدن مغز صورت گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین وزن تر و خشک میوه، طول شاخه سال جاری، سطح برگ، درصد خندانی و کمترین درصد میوه پوک در سطح 5/7 میلیمولار اورنیتین بهدست آمد. کاربرد اورنیتین توانست میزان عناصر ماکرو و میکرو برگ و میوه پسته را تحت تأثیر قرار دهد، به طوریکه بیشترین مقدار عناصر نیتروژن، فسفر، پتاسیم، کلسیم، آهن و روی برگ و میوه پسته در سطح 5/7 میلیمولار اورنیتین بهدست آمد. همچنین، اسید آمینه اورنیتین ظرفیت آنتیاکسیدانی درختان تیمار شده را بهطور قابل توجهی بهبود بخشید و بیشترین فعالیت آنزیمهای آنتیاکسیدان آسکوربات پراکسیداز، کاتالاز و سوپراکسید دیسموتاز برگ و میوه در نمونههای تیمار شده با اورنیتین 5/7 میلیمولار بهدست آمد. به طور کلی با توجه به نتایج بهدستآمده، کاربرد برگی اورنیتین به عنوان یک ترکیب طبیعی مهم از دیدگاه علمی و اقتصادی میتواند با کمک به جذب عناصر معدنی و افزایش فعالیت آنزیمهای آنتی اکسیدان گامی اساسی به سوی امنیت غذایی و کشاورزی پایدار باشد. | ||
