چکیده | ||

چکیده [English] | ||
The experiment was conducted as factorial based on completely randomized design with three replications in the research greenhouse of Ilam University in 2020. The experimental factors included irrigation at three levels (100, 60 and 30% of field capacity) and three accessions of camelina (Kermanshah, Sabzevar and Shahrekord). The results showed that irrigation under the conditions of 30% of field capacity (severe water stress) grain yield, biological yield, harvest index, plant height, number of capsules per plant, number of seeds per capsule, relative leaf water content, photosynthesis rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance, total chlorophyll respectively 69.4, 53.8, 33.9, 44.1, 72.9, 25.6, 43.8, 72.0, 62.9, 56.7 and 61.1% decreased compared to well-watered conditions. The highest value of photosynthesis rate (7.43 µmoles of CO2 per m-2s-1) was obtained under well-watered conditions (100% FC) and the lowest value (2.08 µmoles of CO2 per m-2s-1) belonged to severe water stress (30% FC). There was no difference observed among the three accessions investigated in different irrigation conditions in terms of the investigated traits. Also, the results showed that the highest oil yield (39 %) of camelina Kermanshah was obtained under well-watered conditions; which was 40% decreased compared to under severe water stress (30% FC). The highest grain yield (1.14 g plant-1) and biological yield (3.52 g plant-1) were observed under well-watered conditions. Medium stress and severe water stress reduced the grain yield by 38.8 and 69.4%, respectively. In general, these accessions Kermanshah can be used for oil production under moderate water stress conditions.
