چکیده
In Iran, the Majlis, as the highest decision-making body, is the center of gravity of politics and decision-making about the country's issues. Therefore, due to the position of the parliament, this power can supervise and have a vote in various issues, including political, cultural, economic, and social issues. One of the most important challenges faced by the first parliament was the eight-year war between Iraq and Iran, which is known as the longest war of the 20th century. Therefore, analyzing the cultural approach of the representatives of the first term of the Islamic Council towards the war imposed by Iraq against Iran is the most important goal of this article.
Research methodology: The method used in this puzzle is thematic analysis based on documentary studies. The research based on the detailed discussions of the first term of the Islamic Council seeks to answer the question, what were the cultural positions of the representatives of the first term of the Islamic Council regarding the war imposed by Iraq against Iran?
Findings/Conclusion: The findings of the article show that with the start of the war imposed by Iraq against Iran, the representatives, in line with the Islamic values and culture emanating from the Islamic Revolution, are trying to encourage and excite the warriors and people in the fight against the aggressor enemy, calling for stability and perseverance, promoting culture Martyrdom and self-sacrifice are the preservation of national unity and cohesion, and in this regard, they are religious teachings.

چکیده [English]
در ایران، مجلس به عنوان بالاترین نهاد تصمیمگیری، مرکز ثقل سیاست و تصمیمگیری درباره مسائل کشور است. از این رو با عنایت به جایگاه مجلس، این قوه میتواند در مسائل مختلف اعم از سیاسی، فرهنگی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی نظارت و صاحب رأی باشد. از مهمترین چالشهایی که مجلس اول با آن مواجه شد، جنگ هشت ساله عراق علیه ایران بود که از آن به عنوان طولانیترین قرن بیستم یاد میشود. از این رو واکاوی رویکرد فرهنگی نمایندگان دوره اول مجلس شورای اسلامی در قبال جنگ تحمیلی عراق علیه ایران مهمترین هدف این مقاله است.
روششناسی پژوهش: روش به کار گرفته شده در این پژول2هش تحلیل مضمون با تکیه بر مطالعات اسنادی است. پژوهش بر پایه مشروح مذاکرات دوره اول مجلس شورای اسلامی به دنبال پاسخگویی به این پرسش است که مواضع فرهنگی نمایندگان دوره اول مجلس اسلامی در قبال جنگ تحمیلی عراق علیه ایران چه بوده است؟
یافتهها/نتیجهگیری: یافتههای مقاله نشان میدهد که با شروع جنگ تحمیلی عراق علیه ایران، نمایندگان در راستای ارزشها و فرهنگ اسلامی منبعث از انقلاب اسلامی، درصدد تشویق و تهییج رزمندگان و مردم در مبارزه علیه دشمن متجاوز، دعوت به پایداری و استقامت، ترویج فرهنگ شهادت و ایثارگری، حفظ وحدت و انسجام ملی شدند و در این راستا از آموزههای دینی و مذهبی جستند.
