چکیده | ||
هدف: هدف اصلی پژوهش مطالعه رابطه بین سرمایه اجتماعی و کارآفرینی اجتماعی به روش فراتحلیل است. روش: روش تحقیق از نوع فراتحلیل کمی در بازه زمانی 1388 الی 1401 با حجم نمونه 22 سند تحقیقی و روش نمونهگیری تعمدی - غیراحتمالی با رعایت ملاک ورود و خروج و همچنین ملاحظه روایی و پایایی پژوهش است. معیارهای انتخاب مطالعات و تحقیقات در پژوهش حاضر شامل مشخصبودن قلمرو موضوعی، مشخصبودن قلمرو مکانی، مشخصبودن قلمرو روشی، معتبر بودن پژوهش، و مشخصبودن یافتههای آماری در متن سند پژوهشی است. یافته ها: سرمایه اجتماعی در 22 پژوهش فوق، توانسته 65/0درصد از تغییرات کارآفرینی اجتماعی را تبیین و پیشبینی نماید. بر اساس یافته های تحقیق، بین سرمایه اجتماعی و کارآفرینی اجتماعی 65/0، بین اعتماد اجتماعی و کارآفرینی اجتماعی 48/0، بین انسجام اجتماعی و کارآفرینی اجتماعی 57/0، بین مشارکت اجتماعی و کارآفرینی اجتماعی 50/0، بین تعهد اجتماعی و کارآفرینی اجتماعی 48/0، بین باورهای مذهبی و کارآفرینی اجتماعی 38/0 و بین تعلق اجتماعی و کارآفرینی اجتماعی 55/0 است. رابطه معنیداری وجود دارد. نتیجه گیری: با افزایش و تقویت بسترهای سرمایه اجتماعی و مؤلفههای آن، میتوان کارآفرینی اجتماعی را در جامعه فراهم نمود. با کمک سرمایه اجتماعی؛ کارآفرینی اجتماعی با ایجاد و تقویت اعتماد، علاقهمندی، افزایش ظرفیت تعاون، جسارت اجتماعی و فرهنگ کارفرمایی؛ خلاقیت، کارآفرینی و نوآوری را به ارمغان میآورد. | ||
