چکیده | ||
فسفر نقش مهمی در رشد جلبک ها، تولید اسیدهای چرب و فرآیندهای متابولیکی مانند انتقال انرژی و فتوسنتز دارد. در پژوهش حاضر اثر غلظت های مختلف فسفر بر رشد، زیست توده، محتوای فنول کل و خواص آنتیاکسیدانی در سیانوباکتری های آب شیرین، Microcystis aeroginosa و Anabeana variabilis مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. آزمایش با 4 غلظت مختلف فسفر شامل صفر، 0/5، 64 و 256 میکروگرم بر لیتر فسفر هر کدام در 3 تکرار با استفاده از محیط کشت BG11 بهمدت 10 روز در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی انجام شد. میانگین تعداد سلول ها در تیمارهای صفر (شاهد)، 0/5، 64 و 256 میکروگرم برلیتر فسفر برای M. aeroginosa بهترتیب برابر 105×5/2، 105×6/4، 105×10/6 و 105×11/3 سلول در میلی لیتر و برای A. variabilis بهترتیب 105×2/8، 105×4/3، 105×7/7 و 105×4/1 بود. میزان فنول کل برای M. aeroginosa برابر با 0/5، 1/5، 5/12 و 7/75 میلی گرم گالیک اسید بر وزن خشک جلبک و برای A. variabilis نیز 4/12، 4/9، 9 و 6/6 میلیگرم گالیک اسید بر وزن خشک جلبک بهدست آمد. درصد مهارکنندگی رادیکال آزاد DPPH برای M. aeroginosa برابر با 20/51، 22، 23 و 39/23 درصد و برای A. variabilis، 25/9،32/56، 45/12 و 34/1 درصد محاسبه شد. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین رشد، رنگدانه های فتوسنتزی و فنول کل و همچنین محتوای آنتی اکسیدانی برای M. aeroginosa در غلظت 256 میکروگرم بر لیتر فسفر و برای A. variabilis در غلظت 64 میکروگرم بر لیتر فسفر بهدست آمد. بنابراین می توان نتیجه گرفت که نیاز فسفر در جلبک ها با توجه به گونه متفاوت است، به طوری که هر گونه در غلظت خاصی از فسفر بیشترین میزان رشد و سایر فعالیت های زیستی را از خود نشان می دهد. همچنین درک رشد سیانوباکتری ها در رابطه با غلظت مواد مغذی که منجر به شکوفایی آنها می شود برای مدیریت آنها در منابع آبی بهویژه آب شیرین و قابل شرب اهمیت حیاتی دارد. | ||
