چکیده | ||
هدف این تحقیق، بررسی تأثیر همزیستی قارچهای میکوریزا و برگ پاشی گلایسین بتائین بر برخی صفات کمی و کیفی گندم دیم رقم باران بود. آزمایش بصورت فاکتوریل بر پایه طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در شرایط خاکهای آهکی با متوسط بارندگی 45/976 میلیمتر طی دو سال زراعی (98-1396) در استان آذربایجانغربی اجرا شد. عامل اول، مایه تلقیح قارچهای میکوریزا در سه سطح (1) شاهد (بدون تلقیح) (2) تلقیح بذور با گونه Rhizaphagus irregularis (RI) (2) تلقیح بذور با مرکب سه گونه Funneliformis mosseae (CI)، Rhizaphagus irregularis و Claroideoglomus etunicatum و عامل دوم شامل شاهد (برگ پاشی با آب) و برگ پاشی با گلایسینبتائین بود. نتایج نشان داد که درصد کلونیزاسیون ریشه از 9/9% در تیمار شاهد به 6/30 و 7/40% به ترتیب در تیمارهای RI و CI افزایش یافت. با مصرف مایه تلقیح CI و RI، عملکرد دانه گندم به ترتیب 269 و 187 کیلوگرم در هکتار افزایش یافتند. مایه تلقیح مرکب سه گونه میکوریزا (CI) باعث افزایش محتوی پروتئین دانه و غلظت عناصر فسفر و روی در دانه شد. گلایسینبتائین، عملکرد دانه را به میزان 160 کیلوگرم در هکتار افزایش داد. بیشترین عملکرد دانه در تیمار CI + گلایسینبتائین به میزان 2163 کیلوگرم در هکتار به دست آمد که 477 کیلوگرم در هکتار نسبت به تیمار شاهد افزایش نشان داد. بذرمال کردن گندم دیم با مایه تلقیح مرکب سه گونه میکوریزا همراه با برگ پاشی گلایسین بتائین، موجب بهبود عملکرد دانه و افزایش محتوی پروتئین دانه و غلظت عناصر فسفر و روی در دانه خواهد شد. | ||
