چکیده | ||
شهرستان ساحلی بابلسر، سالانه میزبان گردشگران بسیاری از سراسر کشور است. مرکز دپوی پسماند این شهرستان، از سویی در مجاورت ساحل دریای مازندران واقع شده و از سویی دیگر، بهدلیل نزدیکی به مراکز مسکونی، خدماتی و تفریحی، شرایط نامناسبی را بهدلیل انتشار بیوگاز و ایجاد بوی نامطبوع در منطقه، بهوجود آورده است. با توجه به اهمیت موضوع، در این پژوهش، خسارت اقتصادی ناشی از انتشار بوی نامطبوع از این مرکز دپوی پسماند، با استفاده از روش ارزش گذاری مشروط در قالب روش استخراج دادة دوگانه یک و نیمبعدی و نیز براساس فرمول کوکران، از بین 195 نمونة انتخابی افراد بومی و غیربومی (گردشگران) شهرستان بابلسر، برآورد شده است. نتایج حاصل از برآورد الگوی لاجیت نشان داد که متغیرهای قیمت پیشنهادی، درآمد، اخلاقگرا، پیامدگرا و گرایشهای محیط زیستی براساس اثر نهایی، دارای بیشترین تأثیر بر تمایل به پرداخت افراد هستند. کل خسارت اقتصادی برآورده شده بر جامعه حاصل از انتشار بوی نامطبوع بیوگاز مرکز دپوی پسماند رقمی بالغ بر 42/759 میلیارد ریال برآورد شده است. | ||
