چکیده | ||
با توجه به سهم زیاد بخش کشاورزی از منابع آب مصرفشده، بهمنظور مقابله با بحران کمآبی توجه به افزایش بهرهوری مصرف آب از اهمیت ویژهای برخوردار است. در این راستا اگرچه اصلاح الگویکشت بهعنوان یک راه حل اثرگذار پیشنهاد شده است، اما تلاشها برای اجرای سیاستهای اصلاح الگویکشت تا حد زیادی ناموفق بوده است. از مهمترین دلایل اجرایی نشدن این سیاستها میتوان به اقتصادی نبودن الگوی پیشنهادی و عدم توجه به خواستههای بهرهبرداران اشاره کرد. در شبکه آبیاری دشت قزوین، دغدغه مورد نظر اجرا نشدن الگویکشت توسط بهرهبرداران برای استفاده بهینه از منابع آب موجود میباشد. در این پژوهش براساس منابع کتابخانهای، مرور مطالعات قبلی و طراحی پرسشنامه با طیف لیکرت، 25 گویه برتر بهعنوان نمونه عبارات روش کیو انتخاب شد. سپس با استفاده از روششناسی کیو از بهرهبرداران آب نمونهبرداری بهروش نمونهگیری هدفمند انجام شد. دادههای جمعآوریشده با استفاده از نرمافزار KADE تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد چهار دیدگاه غالب در میان بهرهبرداران وجود دارد که 45 درصد واریانس کل را تبیین نمودند. دیدگاههای شناساییشده بهترتیب: «دیدگاه اقتصادمحور و فنی»، «دیدگاه نارضایتی اجتماعی-فنی و همراهی با سیاستگذاری»، «دیدگاه همراهی فنی، اجتماعی و محیطزیستی و کمتوجهی به سیاستگذاری» و «دیدگاه تمرکز بر سیاستگذاری و کمتوجهی به ابعاد اجتماعی و فنی» نامگذاری شدند. تمامی دیدگاهها دارای قابلیتاطمینان بالاتر از 95/0 بودند که نشان میدهد دیدگاههای استخراجشده از پایایی و اعتبار خوبی برخوردار هستند. | ||
