چکیده | ||
تحقیق حاضر بهمنظور بررسی مقایسهای فراسنجههای رشد، ایمنی غیراختصاصی و استرس ماهی قزلآلا (میانگین وزن 05/2±28/30 گرم) در انواع استخرهای مستطیل شکل (تیمار 1)، گرد (تیمار 2) و هشتضلعی (تیمار 3) دومنظورة ذخیرة آب کشاورزی، با تراکم 20 قطعه در مترمکعب (3 تکرار) و دبی آب 5/2 لیتر در ثانیه، بهمدت 5 ماه انجام شد. براساس نتایج افزایش میزان اکسیژن محلول، کاهش میزان لجن بستر و آمونیاک تیمار 3 نسبت به دو تیمار دیگر اختلاف معنیداری داشت(0/0.05≥P). بیشترین و کمترین مقدار وزن نهایی بهترتیب در ماهیان تیمار3 (22/16±434/21گرم) و تیمار1 (18/1891394/41گرم) مشاهده شد (0/05≥P). نتایج فراسنجههای خونی نشان داد که مقادیر گلبولهایقرمز، هموگلوبین، هماتوکریـت و شاخصهای گلبول قرمز (MCH، MCV و MCHC) بین تیمارهای مختلف فاقد اختلاف معنیدار بود (05/0≤P). بیشترین و کمترین میزان شاخصهای استرس (گلوکز و کورتیزول) و ایمنی غیراختصاصی (تعداد و درصد افتراقی گلبولهایسفید، فعالیت کمپلمان پلاسما، ایمونوگلوبولین، پروتئین کل و لیزوزیم سرم خون) بهترتیب متعلق به تیمار 1 و 3 بود (0/05≥P). نتایج نشان داد که وضعیت بهتر خودپالایی در تیمار 3 نسبت به سایر تیمارها، تأثیر مثبت و معنیدار برخی فراسنجههای رشد، ایمنی غیراختصاصی و استرس ماهی قزلآلا دارد، بنابراین میتوان در راستای اقتصاد مقاومتی و تولید اقتصادیتر، این نوع استخر را برای ذخیرة آب وپرورش ماهی قزلآلا در بین کشاورزان منطقة سیستان ترویج نمود. | ||
