ارزش غذایی علف نپیر در مراحل مختلف رشد

چکیده
مطالعه حاضر به‌منظور تعیین ارزش غذایی در مراحل مختلف رشد و عملکرد تولید علف نپیر به‌عنوان یک منبع علوفه‌ای جدید در کشور انجام شد. بدین-منظور علف نپیر کشت شده در سه مرحله از رشد رویشی (به‌ترتیب 65، 85 و 115 روز پس از کاشت) برداشت شد. ترکیبات شیمیایی، قابلیت هضم، کینتیک تخمیر و برخی از صفات مورفولوژیکی این گیاه به‌همراه عملکرد تولید در مرحله نهایی رشد بررسی شد. در پایان دوره رشد، عملکرد ماده خشک26/8 تن در هکتار و ارتفاع گیاه 257 سانتی‌متر بود. با افزایش سن گیاه، پروتئین خام کاهش و لیگنین در دیواره سلولی افزایش یافت (0/05 >P) و مقادیر آن‌ها در مرحله پایانی رشد به‌ترتیب 88 و 63 گرم در کیلوگرم ماده خشک بود. تغییرات ترکیبات شیمیایی در طول رشد در ساقه بیشتر از برگ مشاهده شد. در طول دوره رشد کاهش قابلیت هضم برگ و ساقه منجر به کاهش قابلیت ماده خشک و ماده آلی علف نپیر به‌ترتیب از 782 به 649 و از 814 به 747 گرم در کیلوگرم ماده خشک شد (0/05 >P). میزان پتانسیل گاز تولیدی با افزیش سن گیاه کاهش داشت (0/05 >P). مراحل رشد تاثیری بر نرخ تخمیر تولید گاز و فاز تأخیر نداشت و بین سه مرحله رشد رویشی مورد مطالعه مقادیر آن‌ها مشابه بود. بر اساس نتایج حاصل، علف نپیر با توجه به تولید بالای ماده آلی قابل هضم در هکتار و ارزش غذایی مناسب می‌تواند به‌عنوان یک منبع علوفه‌ای مطلوب در کشور استفاده شود.
