در عصر جهانیشدن فرهنگی یکی از اساسیترین مسائل رسانهای، تبادل فراملی تولید تلویزیونی است که در مفهوم «قالب تلویزیونی» نمود پیدا کرده است. در این نوشتار از دیدگاه سیاستگذاری فرهنگی و رسانهای به این پدیده مینگریم. در اینجا تجربۀ الگوبرداری از قالب تلویزیونی «قهرمان» در افغانستان با عنوان «ستارۀ افغان» در دوران پیش از خروج نیروهای خارجی در سال 2021 (دوران جمهوری اسلامی افغانستان) و پیش از سلطۀ دوبارۀ طالبان را بهعنوان یک مورد مطالعه میکنیم. این پرسش مطرح است که جامعۀ افغانستان چه دریافتهایی از این قالب کپیبرداریشده داشته است و این دریافتها تا چه اندازه با سیاستهای این کشور منطبق بوده است؟ بدین منظور از روش مطالعۀ موردی برای پاسخ به این پرسش بهره گرفتهایم. تمرکز اصلی بر تنها یک برنامۀ تلویزیونی بوده و محتوا و مخاطبان این برنامه را تحلیل کردهایم. چارچوب نظری نوشتار جهانمحلیشدن و نظریۀ دریافت است. یافتههای نوشتار نشان میدهد برنامۀ «ستارۀ افغان» با وجود شباهت با نسخههای جهانی برنامۀ «قهرمان»، توانسته بود در بستری محلی اثر بگذارد و به محصولی موفق در بازار جهانمحلی برای جلب مخاطب تبدیل شود. با وجود این، فراتر از جنبههای تجاری، موفقیت این برنامه در تحقق سیاستهای احتمالی فرهنگی و رسانهای دچار اختلال بود. ستارۀ افغان و چالش قومیت، ستارۀ افغان و چالش سنتی ـ جدید، ستارۀ افغان و چالش جنسیت، ستارۀ افغان و مسئلۀ نیروهای نظامی خارجی و ستارۀ افغان و مسئلۀ دیاسپورا، جلوههایی از جهانمحلیشدگی قالب جهانی «قهرمان» در جامعۀ افغانستان و همچنین عرصۀ دریافتهای متفاوت برای مخاطبان بودند که بدانها اشاره میکنیم. | ||
