چکیده | ||
هدف اصلی این پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی «شناسایی و تبیین موانع حفاظت از منابع آب در حوضه آبریز دریاچه ارومیه» بود. مشارکتکنندگان در این پژوهش خبرگان و مطلعان کلیدی در ستاد احیای دریاچه ارومیه، دانشگاهها، سازمان جهادکشاورزی، شرکت آب منطقهای، اداره کل حفاظت محیطزیست و مرکز تحقیقات و آموزش کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی در سه استان آذربایجان غربی، آذربایجان شرقی و کردستان بودند که از بین آنها، 19 نفر از طریق روش نمونهگیری هدفمند برای انجام پژوهش انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری دادهها در این پژوهش، مصاحبههای نیمهساختارمند (به صورت انفرادی و گروهی) به کار گرفته شد و دادهها در نرم افزار مکسکیودا با استفاده از تحلیل محتوای کیفی تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج به دست آمده از پژوهش نشان داد که موانع حفاظت از منابع آب در حوضه آبریز دریاچه ارومیه در قالب 28 نشانه مختلف قرار گرفتند که از میان آنها، عدم استفاده از مشارکت واقعی ذینفعان در مدیریت منابع آبی (در بین نشانههای مربوط به موانع اجتماعی- فرهنگی)، عدم ترویج معیشت پایدار و سازگار با منابع آبی در سطح حوضه (در بین نشانههای مربوط به موانع اقتصادی)، نبود انسجام کافی برای تصمیمگیری بین سطوح محلی، استانی و ملی (در بین نشانههای مربوط به موانع سازمانی- نهادی)، جامع نبودن قانون توزیع عادلانه آب (در بین نشانههای مربوط به موانع قانونی- اداری) و مدیریت بالا به پایین منابع آب (در بین نشانههای مربوط به موانع مدیریتی)، در مقایسه با سایر نشانهها بالاترین اولویتها را داشتند. در نهایت، بر اساس یافتههای پژوهش راهبردها و راهکارهایی در راستای رفع موانع حفاظت از منابع آب در حوضه آبریز دریاچه ارومیه ارائه شد. | ||
