چکیده | ||
رقابتهای قدرتی در سیاست خارجی کشورها از دیرباز بر شکلگیری روابط میان کشورها تأثیر اساسی داشته است. در این میان بنیانهای ژئوپلیتیک از مهمترین متغیرهای مؤثر در شکلگیری وروش سیاست خارجی کشورهاست. این بنیانها واقعیتهایی هستند که ماهیت جغرافیاییسیاسی دارند و بر رفتار سیاسی، راهبردها، منافع و هدفهای ملی، امنیت ملی، یکپارچگی سرزمینی، بقا و موجودیت کشورها نیز تأثیر میگذارند. همجواری جمهوری اسلامی ایران با مناطق ژئوپلیتیکی و ژئواستراتژیکی متعدد از مهمترین فرصتهای مربوط با سیاست خارجی است. ایران برای دستیابی به هدفها و منافع ملی در سیاست خارجی خود باید بنیانهای ژئوپلیتیکی برگرفته از موقعیت ژئوپلیتیکی و ژئواستراتژی خود را بهویژه نسبت به همسایگانش در نظر بگیرد. در این میان، کشور ترکیه بهعنوان یکی از مهمترین همسایگان و بازیگران ایران در منطقۀ اوراسیا برای دستیابی به هدفها و منافع ملی در سیاست خارجی خود ناچار به برقراری ارتباط در زمینههای مختلف با هم هستند. این مسئله لزوم بررسی روابط دو کشور را نشان میدهد. در این نوشتار از روش تحلیـل مقایـسهای و از دادههای کتابخانهای و اسنادی استفاده میکنیم. یافتههای نوشتار نشان میدهد متناسب با سیاستهای بهکارگرفته شدۀ هر دو کشور در این منطقه، جمهوری اسلامی ایران با توجه به مؤلفههای ژئوپلیتیکی که عبارتاند از مؤلفههای اقتصادی، امنیتی، فرهنگی و زیرمجموعههای این موارد برای دستیابی به منافع ملی بیشینه، روابطی از تعاملی تا رقابتی را نسبت به ترکیه انتخاب کرده است. | ||
