چکیده | ||
فرآیندهای اکولوژیکی موجود در مقیاسهای متفاوت منجر به ایجاد ناهمگنی در سیمای سرزمین شده، موجب تکهتکه شدن و از همگسیختگی ساختارهای سیمای سرزمین میشوند، در نتیجه موجب تغییرات در خصوصیات تنوع گونهای و عملکردی میگردند. لذا هدف از این تحقیق، کمی نمودن خصوصیات لکهها و کلاسهای تشکیلدهنده سیمای سرزمین و تاثیر آنها بر شاخصهای تنوع گونهای و عملکردی است. بدین منظور در یکی از مراتع نیمهاستپی چهارمحال و بختیاری که ساختار طبیعی سیمای سرزمین باعث ایجاد لکههای متنوع در هفت کلاس متفاوت از نظر جامعه گیاهی شده است نمونهبرداری انجام گرفت. در هر کلاس، بهطور تصادفی لکههای مختلف جهت نمونهبرداری انتخاب شدند. سپس در هر لکه 5 الی 10 ماکروپلات 30*30 مترمربعی بهطور تصادفی- سیستماتیک مستقر شد و نمونهبرداری از پوشش تاجی با استفاده از 3 پلات 2*2 مترمربعی انجام شد و ویژگیهای گیاهی مبتنی بر خصوصیات عملکردی سیستم اندازهگیری شد. تجزیه و تحلیل شاخصهای تنوع تاکسونومیک، تنوع عملکرد و تنوع بتای عملکرد با استفاده از بستههای آماری "Vegan"، "FD"و "betapart" در نرمافزار R صورت گرفت. کمیسازی متریکهای سیمای سرزمین با استفاده از نرمافزار Fragstats انجام شد. در نهایت، روابط بین شاخصهای تنوع و متریکهای سیمای سرزمین با استفاده از رگرسیون خطی مورد آنالیز قرار گرفت. نتایج در سطح لکه نشان داد، رابطه منفی و معنیداری بین متریک شکل با شاخصهای تنوع عملکرد نظیر میانگین وزنی نیتروژن برگ و میانگین وزنی سطح ویژه برگ مشاهده شد. نتایج در سطح کلاس بیانگر تاثیرپذیری مثبت شاخص یکنواختی عملکرد از متریک تراکم حاشیه و همچنین تنوع بتای عملکرد از متریک غنای لکه میباشد. | ||
