چکیده | ||
بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر تنظیمکنندههای رشد گیاهی سیتوکینین، جیبرلین و سایکوسل بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد دو رقم گندم تحت رژیمهای مختلف آبیاری، آزمایشی بهصورت کرتهای دوبار خردشده بر پایه طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه کردستان در سال زراعی 96-1395 انجام گرفت. فاکتور آبیاری در چهار سطح دیم، یک آبیاری (در مرحله غلافرفتن)، دو آبیاری (در مراحل غلافرفتن+ گلدهی) و سه آبیاری (در مراحل غلافرفتن+ گلدهی+ دانهبندی) بهعنوان عامل اصلی، دو رقم گندم (سیروان و هما) بهعنوان عامل فرعی و فاکتور محلولپاشی با تنظیمکنندههای رشد گیاهی شامل شاهد، جیبرلین (100 میکرومولار)، سیتوکینین (100 میکرومولار) و سایکوسل (سه گرم در لیتر) بهعنوان عامل فرعی فرعی در نظر گرفته شدند. نتایج نشان داد با محلولپاشی در مرحله ساقهرفتن، در اثر تیمار یک، دو و سه بار آبیاری میزان افزایش عملکرد دانه نسبت به تیمار دیم بهترتیب 29، 33 و 43 درصد و در مرحله دانهبندی 22، 28 و 33 درصد بود و رقم هما در مقایسه با رقم سیروان عملکرد بیشتری تولید کرد. بهطور کلی، در محلولپاشی طی مرحله ساقهرفتن، بیشترین عملکرد دانه (504 گرم در مترمربع) تحت تیمارهای سهبار آبیاری و کاربرد سیتوکینین و در محلولپاشی طی مرحله دانهبندی، بیشترین عملکرد دانه (6/477 گرم در مترمربع) تحت شرایط سهبار آبیاری و مصرف سایکوسل از رقم هما بهدست آمد. بنابراین کاربرد حتی یک آبیاری و تنظیمکنندههای رشد سیتوکینین و سایکوسل میتواند عملکرد دانه گندم را افزایش دهد. | ||
