چکیده | ||
از میان گونههای پرندگان آبزی، اردک سرسبز Anas platyrhynchos مدل زیستی مناسبی برای تحقیقات سمشناسی اکولوژیکی فلزات سنگین به شمار میرود. از بین اندامها، استفاده از پرها بهعنوان اندیکاتور زیستی و نوعی روش غیرکشنده و غیرمخرب در ارزیابی آلودگی فلزات سنگین بسیار متداول است. با توجه به تناقض نتایج تحقیقات مختلف در رابطۀ بین غلظت فلزات سنگین با سن، جنس و وضعیتهای مختلف بدنی پرندگان، این تحقیق انتخاب شده است. نمونهبرداری از 30 اردک سرسبز در پاییز و زمستان 1398 در دامگاه فریدونکنار با روش زندهگیری دوما انجام گرفت. نمونهها براساس رنگ منقار و شاهپرهای بال و پر به نر و ماده و بالغ و نابالغ تفکیک شدند و پارامترهای طول تارس، طول بال، طول دم، طول سر، طول بدن و وزن بدن بهعنوان شاخصهای وضعیت بدن اندازهگیری شدند. سپس با نیم گرم از پر قسمتهای سینهای، هضم نمونهها با اسید نیتریک و هیدروژن پراکسید انجام گرفت و فلزات سنگین بهوسیلۀ دستگاه جذب اتمی مدل MP-AES 4100 قرائت شد. نتایج نشان داد که اختلاف معنیدار آماری در غلظت فلزات سنگین بین جنسهای نر و ماده مشاهده نشد (کادمیوم: 0/558= P و سرب: 0/215=P). این اختلاف غلظت فلزات بین بالغان و نابالغان نیز از نظر آماری معنیدار نبود (کادمیوم: 0/673= P و سرب: 0/214=P). پارامترهای وضعیت بدن (طول دم، طول بدن و وزن بدن) نیز اثر معنیداری بر غلظت کادمیوم (بهترتیب 0/385=P= 0/299، P= 0/547 ،P) و سرب (بهترتیب 0/554=P= 0/185 ،P=0/377 ،P) در بافت پر نداشتهاند. تحقیق حاضر نشان داد که غلظت سرب و کادمیوم در بافت پر اردک سرسبز وابسته به جنس، گروههای سنی و شاخصهای وضعیت بدن نیست. تحقیقات طولانیمدت، بهتر میتواند این اثرها و سازوکارهای آنها را در بافت پرِ گونههای پرندگان مشخص کند. | ||
