چکیده | ||
اهمیت مراعات حقوق کودکان در فرایندهای صلحسازی برای رسیدن به صلح پایدار این سؤال را ایجاد میکند که آیا کمیسیون تحکیم صلح سازمان ملل متحد بهعنوان نماد و نهاد صلحسازی، به حقوق کودکان و نقش برجستة آن در تحقق صلح توجه داشته است؟ هدف این پژوهش، روشن ساختن چرایی لزوم توجه به حقوق کودکان در فرایند صلحسازی و میزان توجه کمیسیون تحکیم صلح به این موضوع است. مقاله، با بهرهگیری از مطالعات پیشین و گزارشهای متعدد سازمان ملل متحد، به ارائة ارتباط منطقی میان این دو متغیر پرداخته و برای ارزیابی عملکرد کمیسیون به تحلیل گزارشهای آن پرداخته است. تحلیل دادهها مؤید توجه کمیسیون به برخی از حقوق کودکان است که البته این توجه بهدلیل درنظر گرفتن نقض حقوق کودکان بهعنوان یکی از علل درگیری نیست، بلکه ناشی از آثار گستردة مخاصمات بر آنهاست. | ||
