چکیده | ||
هدف این مقاله بررسی نحوۀ مطالعۀ سیستم باورها در سیاست خارجی است. سیستم باورها از دهۀ 1960 و با بهرهگیری از دستاوردهای علم روانشناسی وارد حوزۀ سیاست خارجی و روابط بینالملل شد. پیوند میان روانشناسی و سیاست خارجی موجب دستیابی به مهمترین ویژگی سیستم باورها یعنی انسجام باورها یا انسجام شناختی شد. فرض نظریۀ انسجام شناختی این است که افراد، جهان را با تکیه بر باورهای کلیدی خود میفهمند و در تلاش برای حفظ انسجام باورهای خود هستند و این مسئلۀ کلیدی سبب تبدیل بررسی نظام باورهای تصمیمگیران سیاست خارجی به یکی از اولویتهای پژوهش بهویژه در سطح خرد یعنی تصمیمگیری سیاست خارجی شد، بنابراین جای طرح این سؤال بهوضوح احساس میشد که از چه سازوکار یا سازوکارهای روششناختی میتوان نظام باورها و عقاید تصمیمگیران سیاست خارجی را بررسی کرد؟ بهنظر میرسد سیستم باورها را میتوان بهمثابۀ نقشۀ شناختی درنظر گرفت که بر محور سه لایه از باورها شامل جهانبینی، ایدئولوژی و دکترینهای سیاست خارجی استوار است. | ||
