چکیده
پژوهش حاضر به­منظور شناسایی بهترین ترکیب تنظیم­کننده رشد و مناسب­ترین ریزنمونه بر باززایی در شرایط درون‌شیشه­ای بابونه آلمانی انجام گردید. در آزمایش اول، اثر تنظیم­کننده رشد بنزیل‌آمینو‌پورین در غلظت­های 8/8، 4/4، 2/2 و صفر (0) میکرومولار در ترکیب با تنظیم‌کننده رشد ایندول­استیک­اسید در چهار سطح 2/2، 1/1، 5/0 و صفر (0) میکرومولار بر باززایی مستقیم شاخساره از ریزنمونه نوک شاخه توده اصفهان بررسی شد. نتایج آنالیز داده­ها نشان داد که بیشترین و کمترین درصد باززایی (54/95 و 23/14 درصد) به‌ترتیب در محیط کشت موراشیگ و اسکوگ حاوی 4/4 میکرومولار بنزیل‌آمینو‌پورین و 2/2 میکرومولار ایندول استیک اسید و محیط کشت موراشیگ و اسکوگ بدون تنظیم‌کننده رشد مشاهده شد. سه نوع ریزنمونه مختلف (نوک شاخه، کوتیلدون و هیپوکوتیل) و تیمار تنظیم‌کننده رشدی بنزیل­آمینوپورین در چهار سطح (2/13، 8/8، 4/4 و صفر (0) میکرومولار) و تنظیم‌کننده رشد ایندول­استیک­اسید در دو سطح (1/1 و 2/2 میکرومولار) به‌منظور شناسایی شرایط بهینه پرآوری بابونه در شرایط  درون‌شیشه­ای بررسی گردید. در ریزنمونه نوک شاخه حداکثر درصد باززایی (87/93 درصد) در محیط حاوی 4/4 میکرومولار بنزیل‌آمینو­پورین در ترکیب با 2/2 میکرومولار ایندول­استیک­اسید و حداقل درصد باززایی (60/13درصد) در محیط موراشیگ و اسکوگ فاقد تنظیم‌کننده رشد بنزیل­آمینوپورین با غلظت 1/1 میکرومولار تنظیم‌کننده رشد ایندول‌استیک‌اسید مشاهده گردید. در سایر ریزنمونه­ها در محیط کشت‌های مختلف کالوس­زایی مشاهده گردید. بیش از 90 درصد گیاهچه­ها با پس از گذشت 1 ماه سازگار شدند.
