چکیده | ||
هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی تأثیر تمرینات پی.اس.تی بر عملکرد، یادداری و انتقال تحت فشار بازیکنان نوآموز بدمینتون بود.40 نوآموز بدمینتون به روش جایگزینی تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (20 نفر) و کنترل مداخلهنما (20 نفر) قرار گرفتند. در آزمونهای اکتساب و یادداری از آزمونهای استاندارد سرویس کوتاه و بلند، تاس کلیر و دراپ و در آزمون انتقال تحت فشار، از روش تجزیهوتحلیل یادداشتبرداری استفاده شد. تمامی شرکتکنندگان مهارتهای اختصاصی بدمینتون را در مدت زمان 24 جلسه در طول سه ماه فراگرفتند. گروه آزمایش علاوهبر مهارتهای اختصاصی بدمینتون، 24 جلسة 20 دقیقهای بستة اختصاصی پی.اس.تی و گروه کنترل مداخلهنما نیز همین تعداد جلسات آموزشهایی در مورد اطلاعات عمومی در بدمینتون دریافت کردند. نتایج تحلیل واریانس مرکب نشان داد که در تمامی آزمونها نمرههای گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل مداخلهنما بهطور معناداری بالاتر بود که بیانگر اثربخشی برنامة پی.اس.تی بر عملکرد و یادگیری نوآموزان مرد بدمینتون بود. نتایج مطالعۀ حاضر، دامنۀ اثربخشی این تمرینات را به یادگیری مهارتهای جدید حرکتی نیز تعمیم داد. | ||
