چکیده | ||
با توجه به محدودیت منابع آب کشور ایران، بهکارگیری روشهای نوین حفظ و ذخیره آب، مانند استفاده از پلیمرهای سوپرجاذب در خاک، یکی از راهکارهای مقابله با مشکل کمآبی میباشد. بههمین منظور، جهت بررسی تاثیر سوپرجاذب بر رشد رویشی و زایشی نارنگی پیج در شرایط تنش خشکی، آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل بر پایه طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار در پژوهشکده مرکبات و میوههای نیمهگرمسیری رامسر در سال 1395 اجرا شد. فاکتورها شامل سه سطح تنش خشکی (100، 75 و 50 درصد ظرفیت زراعی) و پلیمر سوپرجاذب (صفر، 25/0 و 5/0 درصد وزنی) بودند. نتایج نشان داد با افزایش تنش خشکی میزان نشت یونی، پرولین، ترکیدگی میوه و اسیدیته قابل تیتراسیون (TA) افزایش یافت. همچنین در 50 درصد ظرفیت زراعی، مصرف 5/0 درصد سوپرجاذب، بهترتیب موجب افزایش معنیدار 60، 15، 23 و 5/87 درصدی محتوای نسبی آب برگ، کلروفیل کل، پتانسیل آب برگ، عملکرد میوه و کاهش معنیدار 65 و 22 درصدی نشت یونی و کل مواد جامد محلول (TSS) نسبت به شرایط بدون مصرف سوپرجاذب شد. بنابراین بهنظر میرسد سوپرجاذب با نگهداری آب غیر قابل استفاده، میتواند تحملپذیری مرکبات را در مقابله با تنش رطوبتی افزایش دهد. | ||
