چکیده | ||
امروزه پژوهشگران و مدیران معتقدند که توجه به مدیریت زنجیرۀ تأمین میتواند موجب دستیابی به مزیت رقابتی پایدار شود. از دهۀ 1990 تاکنون در خصوص چیستی راهبرد مدیریت زنجیرۀ تأمین و نحوۀ شکلگیری و صورتبندی آن، پژوهشهای مختلف و متنوعی انجام شده است. از این رو، پژوهش حاضر با هدف مطالعه و خلاصهسازی ادبیات پژوهش در حوزۀ راهبرد زنجیرۀ تأمین، شناسایی خلأهای پژوهشی و ارائۀ پیشنهاد برای بهکارگیری این مفهوم در عمل و پژوهشهای آتی، از مرور نظاممند ادبیات استفاده کرده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان میدهد، در خصوص راهبرد زنجیرۀ تأمین، ابعاد، نوعشناسی، تاکسونومی و همچنین چگونگی فرایند توسعۀ آن تعاریف متعددی وجود دارد. مدیران و پژوهشگران با مطالعۀ نتایج و پیشنهادهای این مقاله میتوانند با تاریخچه و خلاصهای از ادبیات راهبرد زنجیرۀ تأمین، چیستی، چرایی، مشکلات و تعارضات موجود در آن آشنا شده و در عمل این مفهوم را بهطور مؤثرتری عملیاتیسازی و مطالعه کنند. | ||
