بررسی تنوع ژنتیکی نخودهای زراعی تیپ کابلی (Cicer arietinum L.) بر پایۀ صفات ریخت‌شناسی با استفاده از روش‌های آماری چندمتغیره

چکیده
در این پژوهش رابطه‌های چند متغیّره  بین ویژگی‌های ریخت‌شناختی (مورفولوژیک) 64 نژادگان (ژنوتیپ) نخود کابلی در  دو محیط تنش خشکی و بدون تنش در قالب طرح لاتیس ساده 8×8 در مزرعۀ تحقیقاتی دیم کوهین، دانشگاه تهران در سال 1393 بررسی شد. در محیط بدون تنش نژادگان‌های کرج-3628 و کرج- 3655 به ترتیب با عملکرد دانه 947/1387 و 074/352  و در محیط تنش نژادگان‌های کرج- 3628 و کرج-3645 به ترتیب با عملکرد دانه 698 و 5/694 کیلوگرم در هکتار رتبه‎های برتر بودند. عملکرد دانه در شرایط بدون تنش با وزن غلاف، عملکرد زیست‌توده، شمار غلاف، چگالی طولی، شمار دانه، قطر ریشه، ارتفاع بوته، شمار شاخۀ فرعی، وزن خشک شاخه‌ها، شمار غلاف پوک، شاخص برداشت، شمار شاخۀ اصلی و وزن دانۀ دوقلو و در شرایط تنش با صفات وزن غلاف، شمار غلاف، عملکرد زیست‌توده، شمار دانه، چگالی طولی، شاخص برداشت، قطر ریشه، ارتفاع بوته و درصد رسیدگی همبستگی مثبت و معنی‌دار داشت. نتایج تجزیۀ رگرسیون گام‌به‌گام در شرایط بدون تنش هشت صفت در هشت مرحله و در شرایط تنش سه صفت در سه مرحله وارد مدل کرده که صفت وزن غلاف نخستین صفت در مدل در هر دو شرایط بود. بر پایۀ نتایج تجزیۀ علیّت، در محیط بدون تنش عملکرد زیست‌توده و شمار غلاف بیشترین اثر مستقیم بر عملکرد دانه را داشتند. در تحلیل عاملی در شرایط بدون تنش و تنش به ترتیب با توجیه 66/85 و 25/86 درصد از کل تغییرپذیری‌ها چهار عامل شناسایی شدند. در تجزیۀ خوشه‌ای شمار 64 نژادگان در پنج گروه قرار گرفتند.
