چکیده
According to the development of cross-dock network concept in theory and establishing cross-dock centers around the world, these centers have been attended by many companies. Cross-dock centers reduce transportation costs significantly by consolidating the loads and transferring them together. There are some problems in planning and scheduling cross-dock systems that can affect the efficiency and productivity of these systems. In this paper, a model, based on time and capacity constraints is developed. The model schedules inbound truck unloading time according to the importance, volume and existing costs of the products, and delay loads are stored in temporary storages to transfer at the next period. Furthermore, the problem is formulated in a mathematical model. It can be solved to find optimal solution, and in large size problems a heuristic algorithm is developed.

با توجه به گسترش مفاهیم باراندازها به‌صورت تئوری و به‌تبع آن توسعة مراکز بارانداز در سراسر دنیا، بسیاری از شرکت‌ها به بهره‌گیری از این مراکز تمایل یافته‌اند. این مراکز با تجمیع‌ سفارش‌ها و ارسال آن‌ها به‌صورت یک‌جا، توانسته‌اند هزینه‌های حمل‌و‌نقل را تا حد زیادی کاهش دهد. البته نحوة اداره و زمان‌بندی در این مراکز یکی از مشکلات عمده‌ای است که ممکن است اثرگذاری در این مراکز را تا حد زیادی تحت تأثیر قرار دهد. در این تحقیق، مدلی با توجه به محدودیت‌های زمانی و ظرفیتی برای زمان‌بندی داخل یک بارانداز توسعه داده می‌شود. مدل با توجه به اهمیت و حجم کالاها و هزینه‌های موجود، عمل تخصیص به کامیون‌ها را انجام می‌دهد و کالاهایی که در یک دوره به کامیون‌ خروجی تخصیص پیدا نکنند، برای تخصیص به دورة بعد در مرکز بارانداز ذخیره می‌شوند. همچنین، مسئله در قالب یک مسئلة ریاضی مدل‌سازی می‌شود و  با روش‌های ریاضی جواب دقیقی برای این مسئله به‌دست می‌آید. درصورتی‌که مسئله از حد مشخص بزرگ‌تر شود، روش‌ ابتکاری برای رسیدن به جواب قابل‌قبول نیز ارائه می‌شود.
