چکیده | ||
در دو دهة گذشته، توجه به پایداری زیستمحیطی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی در فعالیتها و تحقیقات رشتههای مدیریت افزایش یافته است. همراستا با این جریان، مدیریت منابع انسانی نیز نگاه خود را از رویکرد استراتژیک به رویکرد پایدار توسعه داده است. مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز بهعنوان شاخهای از مدیریت منابع انسانی پایدار، موضوعی نوین در رشتة مدیریت منابع انسانی است که بر هدف پایداری زیستمحیطی تأکید دارد. از سویی چالشهای روزافزون زیستمحیطی و از سوی دیگر غفلت از رویکرد پایدار به منابع انسانی در مطالعات داخلی و مبهم بودن این مفهوم برای پژوهشگران داخلی، نویسندگان را بر آن داشته است تا با انجام پژوهشی کیفی، از مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز چارچوبی ارائه کند. برای استخراج این چارچوب ضمن مطالعة 39 مقالة منشرشده در مجلات معتبر منابع انسانی از سال 2000 تا سال 2016، با 14 نفر از خبرگان منابع انسانی مصاحبه شد و با بهرهمندی از روش تحلیل تم دادههای بهدستآمده بررسی شدند و تمها و مفاهیم مستخرج در قالب چارچوبی از محتوا، بستر و پیامدهای منابع انسانی سبز، جای گرفتند | ||
