بررسی تأثیر روش‌های ارگانیک کوددهی بر کیفیت و کمیت علوفۀ تاج‌خروس (Amaranthus spp. L.)

چکیده
به‌منظور بررسی اثر تیمارهای مختلف کودهای آلی و شیمیایی بر محصول کمی و کیفی گیاه علوفه‌ای تاج‌خروس (Amaranthus spp. L.)، آزمایشی به‌صورت کرت‌های یک‌بار خردشده در قالب طرح پایه بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در تابستان سال 1393 در مزرعۀ تحقیقاتی دانشکدۀ کشاورزی دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز انجام شد. تیمار اصلی شامل روش‌های مدیریت‌ ارگانیک1، ارگانیک2، شیمیایی، تلفیق کودهای شیمیایی و زیستی  و تیمار شاهد و عامل فرعی شامل دو رقم تاج‌خروس جدید به نام‌های پلنزمن و کونیز بود. نتایج نشان داد، هر دو روش‌های مدیریت ارگانیک و به‌ویژه رقم کونیز بیشترین کمیت ویژگی‌های ارتفاع، وزن خشک برگ، وزن خشک ساقه و کل عملکرد مادۀ خشک را داشتند. بیشترین عملکرد علوفۀ‌ خشک (368 گرم در مترمربع) مربوط به مدیریت ارگانیک 2 در رقم کونیز بود. عملکرد مادۀ خشک بیشترین همبستگی ‌معنی‌دار را با ویژگی وزن ساقه داشت. بیشترین قابلیت هضم، انرژی سوخت‌وسازی (متابولیسمی)، پروتئین خام و کربوهیدرات محلول در آب در هر دو روش ارگانیک به دست آمد. بین رقم‌ها از نظر ویژگی‌های کیفی تفاوت ‌معنی‌داری وجود نداشت. مدیریت تلفیقی در رقم کونیز بیشترین (57 درصد) قابلیت هضم را داشت که تفاوت ‌معنی‌داری با مدیریت ارگانیک 2 نداشت. بیشترین (17 درصد) پروتئین خام مربوط به تیمار ارگانیک 1 در رقم پلنزمن بود. بین عملکرد مادۀ خشک و قابلیت هضم همبستگی مثبت، ولی بین عملکرد مادۀ خشک و پروتئین خام همبستگی منفی وجود داشت. به‌طورکلی نتایج به‌دست‌آمده از این بررسی نشان داد که استفاده از روش‌های ارگانیک کود‌‌دهی تأثیر مطلوبی بر کمیت و کیفیت تولید علوفۀ تاج‌خروس در شرایط خوزستان خواهد داشت.
