چکیده | ||
زمینه مطالعه: به دنبال ممنوعیت استفاده از محرکهای رشد آنتی بیوتیک در بسیاری از کشورهای جهان، علاقه زیادی به پیدا کردن جانشین مناسب برای آنتی بیوتیکها در تولیدات پرندگان به وجود آمد. هدف: هدف از این پژوهش بررسی اثر دو سطح از نانو مس (mg/kg 0 و 100) و دو سطح از الیگوساکارید مانان (g/kg 0 و 1) به عنوان محرکهای رشد طبیعی بر گوارش پذیری مواد مغذی و عملکرد رشد در جوجههای گوشتی است. روش کار: در انتهای هفته دوم پرورش، 160 قطعه جوجه گوشتی از سویه تجاری کاب 500، به چهار تیمار تقسیم شدند. به ازای هر تیمار چهار تکرار و در هر تکرار 10 قطعه جوجه قرار گرفت. آزمایش به صورت فاکتوریل (2×2)، در قالب طرح کاملاًً تصادفی اجرا شد. نتایج: تفاوت معنیداری در گوارش پذیری مواد مغذی و عملکرد رشد بین پرندگانی که مکملهای مورد آزمایش را خوردند با گروه شاهد مشاهده نشد (05/0<p). نتیجهگیری نهایی: الیگوساکارید مانان و نانو مس بر عملکرد رشد و گوارش پذیری مواد مغذی در جوجههای گوشتی اثر معنیداری نداشت. در دوزهای مصرفی، استفاده همزمان از مس و الیگوساکارید مانان نیز اثر مثبتی بر صفات مورد بررسی در جوجههای گوشتی نداشت. | ||
