چکیده | ||
فاکتور نوروتروفیک مشتق از مغز (BDNF) که از نظر ساختاری شبیه فاکتور رشد عصبی است، در قسمت هیپوکامپ تولید میشود و یکی از فاکتورهایی است که در دوران سالمندی در اثر فقدان فعالیت کاهش مییابد. کاهش BDNF بر حافظه، یادگیری و شناخت، ، جذب غذا و متابولیسم انرژی تأثیر میگذارد و سبب اختلال رفتاری میشود؛ با فعالیت ورزشی میتوان این کمبود را جبران و حتی از بروز آلزایمر جلوگیری کرد. هدف از اجرای این پژوهش، بررسی اثر تمرینات پیلاتس بر سطح BDNF سرم در مردان سالمند بود. برای این منظور20 مرد سالمند بهطور تصادفی در دو گروه تجربی و کنترل با میانگین سنی (گروه کنترل 67/2±65 سال، گروه تجربی 62/2±64 سال) و میانگین وزن (گروه کنترل 59/3±73 کیلوگرم، گروه تجربی 54/3±71 کیلوگرم) تقسیم شدند. از کلیۀ آزمودنیها 24 ساعت قبل از شروع تمرینات و 24 ساعت پس از پایان دورۀ تمرینی، بهصورت ناشتا خونگیری بهعمل آمد. سپس گروه تجربی به مدت 12 هفته (هر هفته 5 جلسه و هر جلسه به مدت 60 دقیقه) برنامۀ ورزشی پیلاتس را دریافت کردند. درحالیکه گروه کنترل هیچ مداخلهای دریافت نکردند و تنها پیگیری شدند. بهمنظور مقایسۀ درونگروهی از آزمون آماری t همبسته و برای مقایسۀ بینگروهی از t مستقل استفاده شد. یافتهها نشان داد که سطوح BDNF سرم در گروه تجربی در مقایسه با گروه کنترل بهطور معناداری افزایش یافت (05/0>P). نتایج این تحقیق نشان میدهد که تمرینات پیلاتس بهعنوان یک روش ایمن و مؤثر، سبب افزایش سطوح BDNF سرم مردان سالمند میشود. بنابراین، با توجه به اینکه BDNF در دوران سالمندی بر اثر بیتحرکی کاهش مییابد، میتوان کمبود آن را با اجرای تمرینات کمهزینه و بیخطر پیلاتس جبران کرد. | ||
