ااثرات ترکیبی مخمر ساکارومایسس سرویزیا و آسپرژیلوس نایجر بر پارامترهای هماتولوژی و بیوشیمیایی سرم خون فیل ماهیان جوان پرورشی (Huso huso) | ||

چکیده | ||
زمینه مطالعه: امروزه پروبیوتیکها به عنوان مکملهای غذایی میکروبی جایگزینی مناسب برای آنتیبیوتیکها تعریف میشوند که میتوانند شاخصهای سلامتی میزبان را تحت تأثیر قرار دهند. هدف: این تحقیق اثرات ترکیبی مخمر ساکارومایسس سرویزیا و آسپرژیلوس نایجر را بر پارامترهای هماتولوژی و بیوشیمیایی سرم خون فیل ماهیان جوان مورد بررسی قرار داد. روش کار: این مطالعه در قالب یک طرح کاملاًً تصادفی با 4 تیمار و 3 تکرار بر روی بچه فیل ماهیان پرورشی با میانگین وزنی (± خطای استاندارد) g81/2±8/31 انجام شد. بچه ماهیان به صورت تصادفی در 12 حوضچه فایبرگلاس با تراکم 30 قطعه ماهی در هر تانک توزیع گشته و با جیرههای غذایی حاوی (Cells/g) 106×2 در تیمار اول، (Cells/g) 106×4 در تیمار دوم، (Cells/g) 106×6 در تیمار سوم و جیره پایه بدون پروبیوتیک در گروه شاهد به مدت 8 هفته تغذیه شدند. نتایج: جیره غذایی مکمل سازی شده با غلظت (Cells/g) 106×6 در تیمار سوم، بطور معنیداری پارامترهای بیوشیمایی سرم خون را بهبود داد (05/0>p)، با این حال پارامترهای هماتولوژی در تیمارهای تحت تأثیر جیرههای مکمل سازی شده با پروبیوتیک تفاوت معنیداری را با گروه شاهد نشان ندادند (05/0<p). بررسی نتایج بدست آمده از فاکتورهای رشد نیز حاکی از بهبود این شاخصها در تیمارهای آزمایشی تغذیه شده با پروبیوتیک در مقایسه با گروه شاهد بود. نتیجهگیرینهایی: یافتههای این پژوهش نشان داد که بکارگیری ترکیبی ساکارومایسس سرویزیا و آسپرژیلوس نایجر در سطوح مورد مطالعه میتواند موجب بهبود عملکرد برخی از پارامترهای بیوشیمیایی نظیر فاکتورهای متابولیتی، ایمنی، آنزیمها و الکترولیتهای سرم خون فیل ماهیان جوان شود. براساس نتایج بدست آمده پیشنهاد میشود که غلظت بکار رفته در تیمار سوم به عنوان یک محرک ایمنی برای فیل ماهیان جوان پرورشی بکار گرفته شود. | ||
